Step-by-step instructions
Paste your own titles
Enter one song, episode, album, or movie per line. Include artist or series details when titles could be confused.
Decide whether repeats belong
Enable Remove duplicates only when identical labels should appear once. Distinct versions need distinct labels.
Shuffle and use the text order
Select Shuffle playlist. Copy or download the resulting title list and follow it in your own player or watchlist.
Worked example
Five agreed movies are entered as separate labels. Everyone wants an order for the entire list rather than tonight’s one selection.
One valid result is shown below. Your generated outcome will vary.
Example input
Movie A Movie B Movie C Movie D Movie E
Example result
1. Movie D 2. Movie E 3. Movie B 4. Movie A 5. Movie C
The output rearranges all five titles. It does not recommend films or check their availability.
Keep prerequisite viewing outside an unrestricted shuffle
A series may need a particular story order. Treat that series as one entry or include only eligible standalone titles. Check availability and suitability before adding movies to the pool. If the task is choosing one movie now rather than ordering a queue, use Decision Wheel instead. Save the sequence and mark completed titles in your own copy.
Settings and limits to check
The example has 5 retained entries. The playlist tool rearranges supplied text. It does not fetch media, connect to streaming accounts, play tracks, or edit another app. Each retained entry appears once in the new order. Duplicate labels can be removed, but different spellings or versions are not recognized as the same recording. A new shuffle can repeat an earlier position.
Settings used in this example
Remove duplicate entries: Off
Keep a usable copy of the result
Use Copy to place the current result in your own notes, or Download to keep a text file. Keep the eligible input list with the result when you need to explain which entries took part. A new generation replaces the displayed result rather than adding to a saved history.
The tool runs in your browser and does not upload your input. Save the result before refreshing or leaving the page. If other people need to use the same outcome, share your saved copy rather than asking them to generate another independent result.
Frequently asked questions
Can the shuffler preserve the order inside a film series?
It does not enforce dependencies. Treat the complete series as one entry or arrange it separately.
Will it change my streaming playlist automatically?
No. The output is a text list. Apply or follow that order manually in your own player.
Does it recommend new titles?
No. It only shuffles titles you provide; it does not discover songs, episodes, albums, or movies.
What should I check in the worked example?
The output rearranges all five titles. It does not recommend films or check their availability.
