Step-by-step instructions
Confirm the managers
List each manager or team once. Verify the entry count against the league roster before assigning positions.
Set rounds and format
Choose the number of rounds. Leave Snake draft enabled for alternate-round reversals, or disable it for the same order every round.
Generate one final order
Select Generate draft, then save the result with its round headings. Apply any league-specific adjustments outside the generator.
Worked example
The example contains Team 01 through Team 12 and three rounds. The number of entries, not a separate league-size control, sets the picks per round.
One valid result is shown below. Your generated outcome will vary.
Example input
Team 01 Team 02 Team 03 Team 04 Team 05 Team 06 Team 07 Team 08 Team 09 Team 10 Team 11 Team 12

Team 03 6. Team 11 7. Team 07 8. Team 06 9. Team 09 10. Team 05 11. Team 04 12. Team 08 Round 3 1. Team 08 2. Team 04 3. Team 05 4. Team 09 5. Team 06 6. Team 07 7. Team 11 8. Team 03 9. Team 12 10. Team 01 11. Team 02 12. Team 10
Each round contains 12 entries. With Snake draft enabled, the final team in round one begins round two.
Verify the roster count before the announcement
A missing team changes every slot’s odds and the number of picks per round. Count franchises rather than co-managers: two people sharing a team should occupy one entry. If a correction is needed, explain it before redrawing. A 12-team, 15-round ordinary snake draft contains 180 selections; special picks still need separate handling.
Settings and limits to check
The example has 12 retained entries. The first-round list is shuffled once. Snake rounds alternate that list and its reverse; standard rounds repeat it. The generator supports 1–30 rounds and up to 10,000 picks. It does not trade selections, enforce keeper costs, calculate player values, or update a league platform. The numbered entries within each round are within-round positions, not overall pick numbers.

Keep a usable copy of the result
Use Copy to place the current result in your own notes, or Download to keep a text file. Keep the eligible input list with the result when you need to explain which entries took part. A new generation replaces the displayed result rather than adding to a saved history.
The tool runs in your browser and does not upload your input. Save the result before refreshing or leaving the page. If other people need to use the same outcome, share your saved copy rather than asking them to generate another independent result.
Frequently asked questions
How many teams should I enter for a co-managed league?
Enter one label per drafting franchise, even if several people manage the same team.
Does the draft generator pick players?
No. It assigns managers or teams to pick positions. Player selections and roster decisions happen in your league.
Will a later round draw a new order?
No. Later rounds follow the selected snake or repeating format. Clicking Generate draft again creates a new initial draw.
What should I check in the worked example?
Each round contains 12 entries. With Snake draft enabled, the final team in round one begins round two.
